Although Ray Allen has played just one game in the TD Garden since the trade deadline, that’s one more than he almost would have played. Yahoo! Ainge: No rush to bring Pietrus back

Howard Smith/US PresswireThe Celtics are bringing back Mickael Pietrus slowly this season.Celtics president of basketball operations Danny Ainge said the team will know more about the status of concussed guard Mickael Pietrus next week, but reaffirmed that the team expects him back this season. Making his weekly appearance on Boston sports radio WEEI (93.7 FM), Ainge said Pietrus is still exhibiting concussion symptoms after his scary fall last Friday in Philadelphia.
